ASDA New Build - Stenhousemuir Shopping Precinct

GleamGenie were called by SMR Facilities Ltd at short notice to pressure clean brickwork at newly built ASDA at Stenhousemuir in preperation for building handover to owners. Brickwork had suffered mortar splatters and mortar staining during building.

Acid brick cleaner was applied to building then jet sprayed to remove mortar splatters and mortar staining.

GleamGenie completed work well within completion date.

Belmont House School, Newton Mearns

GleamGenie were called to pressure clean brickwork at newly built extension of Belmont House School, Newton Mearns in preperation for building handover to owners. Brickwork had suffered mortar splatters and mortar staining during building. Work was completed on schedule.

Winston Barracks, Lanark

Old army barracks being converted to residetial housing. Gleam Genie was asked to clean down the complete site to restore brickwork to orginal condition and remove moss algae and mold.

Glasgow Housing Association, Maryhill

Lord Provost of Glasgow and GHA top officials and associates was visiting the Glasgow Housing Association site at Maryhill. GleamGenie were called to clean the viewing area, roads, pavements, back courts, slabs and driveways. There was also mortar splatter on houses to be removed. We completed the contract of 49 houses within the time allocated.

Private Housing, Glasgow

One of our private jobs. Back court was very unsafe with significant algae and mold build up. A concerned resident called GleamGenie as the factors had been notified on numerous occasions and had not dealt with the problem. After work was complete the back court was a much safer area.

Larbert Hospital, Forth Valley

GleamGenie were called to the brand new Forth Valley Acute hospital in Larbert by Laing ORourke. Working when needed to pressure wash the full buildings including court yards to the standards expected by the client.

We have worked on this massive construction site, the biggest in Scotland, the site stands on 5 square miles. When needed we worked with Laing ORourke for 14 months on this project alone, keeping up Health and Saftey standards, working on scaffolding, cherry pickers and scissor lifts.
